Should your strategy be comprehensive?
Hello Fellow Strategist,
This is a question asked recently be another #stratChatter on LinkedIn.
Should your strategies be comprehensive? What does that even mean?
If your strategy is there to solve a problem, should it address that problem only, no more and no less?
Or, should your strategy drive everything that happens in your organisation?
Should every employee, right down to the floor sweeper understand how what they're doing and the way they're doing it contributes to the delivery of the organisation's goals?
Or, does too much detail make your strategy brittle and inflexible to an ever-changing environment?
Join us this Thursday at 14h00 UK time on #StratChat as we discuss these and related questions over a cup of tea or coffee☕. Click https://www.StratNavApp.com/StratChat/ZoomLink when the time comes.
