Hello Fellow Strategist,

Last week, we talked about how strategies start with the best intention, but often get corrupted and weakened over time. Sometimes this is malicious, with people gaming the system for the own personal agendas, and sometimes it is just careless drift over time.

What steps can we take to counter that? To keep everyone track? At least until it is the right time to update the strategy.

Are the standard governance mechanisms enough, or do we need something more.
