This is a question one of the members of our #stratChat community asked in response to a recent post of mine.
It's true. The world is constantly changing. And so any strategic analysis risks being out of date before the ink has even dried.
But that's true of plans as well. No sooner have we decided what to do than the world changes around us.
Does that mean we should give up?
Or does it just mean that we need to find ways to ensure our analysis, our decisions and our plans remain fluid and responsive?
