We live in a world where many people feel increasingly disempowered.
They see things like climate change, increasing nationalism, intolerance and inequality and feel powerless to do anything about it.
There are two ways to respond:
Complain as loudly as you can (on social media or through physical protests) in the hope that someone will hear you and do something about it.
Work to increase our agency, even by a little, to do something about it.
As strategists - helping shape organisations' strategies - we probably have more agency than many.
But how can we increase it even further to increase the positive impact we can have on the world?
